Meet Elliot Fread. AKA Mr. Bimmy!
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Elliot is a third-generation chef. His grandfather was one of Canada's first celebrity chefs, hosting a cooking show in the 1950s. His father won culinary awards while working as a food director for a large hospital. During his childhood, Elliot volunteered at an Indian Reservation and found himself drawn to the kitchen. Working with the elder women of the community, they imparted to him that preparing food and feeding the community is a sacred responsibility. The success of Bimmy's comes from high quality and care, in ingredients and the entire food-making process. More than a business slogan, Elliot's food is truly made with love.
